The Schwartzberg Law Firm was originally founded in Bronx, New York, by Raymond Schwartzberg in 1968. Since that time, the firm has represented people injured in car accidents, slips and trips and falls, construction site accidents, dog bites, as a result of medical malpractice, and in many other types of cases. The firm quickly expanded throughout the New York City Metropolitan area, including Long Island, and Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties. In 2010, The Schwartzberg Law Firm continued its growth, opening an office in Connecticut, to serve individuals there, and continuing to represent injured people.
The firm takes cases throughout New York State and Connecticut, now operating from offices in Manhattan, Bronx and Ridgefield, Connecticut.
Daniel Saltus
A Massachusetts native, Daniel Saltus earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College in 2005, and his juris doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2008, where he focused on oral advocacy and trial practice and was a member of the student bar association. After graduating from UConn he joined Raymond Schwartzberg & Associates in Manhattan and began trying personal injury cases for that firm shortly thereafter. Mr. Saltus is familiar with all phases of litigation in both Connecticut and New York and has also won appeals. Mr. Saltus is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and New York’s Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts. Mr. Saltus has been trying cases for a decade in New York and Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut and New York State Trial Lawyers’ Associations and the Fairfield County Bar Association.
Hilary Schwartzberg
A Manhattan native, Hilary Schwartzberg attended the Chapin School, before enrolling at New York University. She graduated cum laude from New York University in 2005, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics. She then attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, and graduated in 2008. While at UConn attorney Schwartzberg was an executive editor of the Connecticut Law Review. After graduation, attorney Schwartzberg joined her father at Raymond Schwartzberg & Associates. Attorney Schwartzberg has focused her practice on pleadings, motions, legal research and appeals. She is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association.
